What will your career look like in Knowmore Platform?

We have five levels freelancer PowerPoint specialists can aspire to, read about them below.

The 5 career levels

Level 1 - Getting started
Everyone starts at level 1. To reach level 2 you need to complete the two test projects and have an average rating of 8.0.

Level 2 - Getting real
Once you reach level 2, you are now ready to work on live projects! Your first 10 projects here, belong to the Assessment phase
We advise you take smaller projects first to gain experience before applying for longer and more difficult ones.

Level 3 - Performing regular
Once you have completed 20 projects with an average rating of 8.7 you will become a performing regular. One bonus of this level, is that you can apply to work on multiple smaller projects (less than 3 hour long ones). The other bonus is that you will gain access to the Client Library - where you can study client guidelines and lorem ipsum files of your projects which will help you boost your ratings.

Level 4 - Senior specialist
After a completing the whopping number of 100 projects with a minimum average rating of 9.1 you will become a senior specialist! You are now eligible to target the monthly bonus of 100 USD in addition to working on multiple smaller projects (less than 3 hour long ones), and you have access to the Client Library.

Level 5 - Rock star specialist
After a completing 200 projects with a minimum average rating of 9.5 you will become a Rock star specialist! You still eligible to target the monthly bonus of 100 USD. You can continue work on multiple smaller projects (less than 3 hour long) and utilise the Client Library. And last but not least, your hourly wage will rise from 8 USD / hour to 10 USD / hour!

Please note

If your rating drops below the requirements for a specific level, you will move down a level. Your performance needs to be consistent for you do well on Knowmore Platform
Becoming an admin is not part of the Knowmore Platform PowerPoint specialist career path - though not impossible. If this interests you - please refer to the careers page
