# Content understanding

Content is KING at KnowMore Platform. To be an exceptional designer, understanding the client content is a key component. Only by understanding the content will you be able to notice the underlying structures that will give you an edge when it comes to visual enhancement for example. 

### What does it mean if you got this tag as feedback from an admin? 

* Your designs did not fit the content of the client 
* You misunderstood the content and created an incorrect solution 
* Your icons did not match the content connected to them
* You did not take the time to understand the content and designed generic slides that are not tailored to the client’s input 
* The admin needed to explain to you what the client content means in detail 
* The structures and various elements meaning and hierarchies were incorrectly changed 

### What can you do to become better? 

* Read the content to understand it and base your designs on it 
* Double check the text to make sure that you understood it correctly 
* Try to design for the specific client content, or make sure to update generic slides so they fit the meaning perfectly 
* If the content is not clear to you, state your understanding to the admin and get it confirmed 
* Position elements deliberately to emphasize the underlying meaning 
* Choose creative structures that fit the content, open processes for example should never be changed to a closed circle
