### Do you need to be an expert or have previous working experience as a designer?
No, but you have to be able to work with PowerPoint and design slides according to our standards

### What knowledge/skills will you need to be successful?
* Skilled PowerPoint user
* An eye for detail and good visual aesthetics
* Designing skills in PowerPoint (Graphic design experience is not a requirement but an advantage)
* Fluent in English
* Good communication skills
* Time management

As you become better your productivity and efficiency will increase as well.
