# How will I receive access to SlideHub Platform?

### How will I receive access to SlideHub Platform? 
1. All active designers and new designers that have reached Level 2 will receive an **email invitation**. 

||| IMPORTANT: You must accept the invitation via the invitation email by clicking on the red button "Accept invite & create password". Creating own account in other ways than via the invitation email will not work properly as you need to enter specific group/company we created for our designers. SlideHub platform is normally space for our clients therefore you should not create your own company and profile - your SlideHub PowerPoint add-in will run out of free trial.

2. If you haven´t received the email invitation and you are an active designer please reach out to info@knowmoreplatform.com. 
3. After clicking on "Accept Invite & create password" you will be redirected to a page that will allow you to create your password and set up your account.
4. Fill in your details in the field marked by a pink outline and accept the agreement terms by clicking on the checkbox.

5. After clicking on "Accept invite" you are ready to use the SlideHub Platform add-in! 
**Please do not continue in the webpage view!** Instead [install the add-in in your PowerPoint](https://help.knowmoreplatform.com/en/article/how-to-install-slidehub-platform-15at7ie/) and [log in directly in PowerPoint](https://help.knowmoreplatform.com/en/article/how-to-log-into-slidehub-platform-9j6m3n/?bust=1669116786995)!

### Important information
* After 60 days of inactivity on KnowMore Platform your access to SlideHub Platform will be removed. If you want to reactivate it you will need to contact us at info@knowmoreplatform.com and we shall send you a new invitation.  

||| IMPORTANT: In case of any issues with the SlideHub Platform contact **info@knowmoreplatform.com**, do not write to emails with the slidehub.io domain.
