Google Authenticator is not working
Have you lost access to your Google Authenticator App?
If you are having issues logging into your KnowMore Platform account with Google Authenticator, because you have a new device please write us at email@example.com.
We will reset your QR code so you can re-link to it on your smartphone.
Don't forget to tell us what e-mail address you are registered with on the platform.
Is Google Authenticator giving you the message Incorrect Code?
This may be because the time is not correctly synced on your Google Authenticator app.
To set the correct time:
On your Android device, go to the main menu of the Google Authenticator app.
Tap More More and then Settings and then Time correction for codes and then Sync now.
On the next screen, the app confirms the time has been synced.
You should be able to sign in. The sync will only affect the internal time of your Google Authenticator app, and will not change your device’s Date & Time settings.
On your iPhone device to set the correct time:
Launch the Google Authenticator app
Go to the main menu
Tap Time correction for codes
Tap Sync now
