Deadline

Reaching deadlines is why our clients keep coming back to us. Promptness is a must and in the management consulting world, a late presentation can mean the complete loss of a project. At KnowMore, behind the scenes admins are juggling multiple deadlines at any time of the day. If you miss your deadline, you are not just endangering your own project, but potentially other projects your admin is working on, because they will need to recalibrate their whole schedule and timing to save the day, and other projects might not get the resources they need and deserve, because your project took more than was originally allocated to it.

What does it mean if you got this tag as feedback from an admin?

You missed your deadline and thus jeopardised the client deadline. Depending on how client ready your file was when you uploaded it, the danger could be minimal or extremely severe.
You uploaded your first final file too close to the deadline and you did not leave enough time for the feedback and review session to make your project client ready before the deadline.

What can you do to become better?

Manage your time smartly and be proactive.
Complete your project as soon as you can, at least 1-2 hours before the deadline depending on the size of the file, to make sure you have time to review everything with the admin to guarantee client satisfaction.
Assess well if you have enough time to work on a project before applying. This is a first step to not missing the deadline. To learn more about what factors to assess before applying watch our video below:
