NDA requirements

Your NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) was likely rejected due to one or more of the following issues:

1. Signature issues

Missing Signature: If you forgot to sign the document entirely, it would be rejected. The NDA must include your signature to be legally binding.
Incorrect Signature Placement: The top line of the signature section should contain your signature (handwritten). If it is placed incorrectly, the NDA may be rejected.
Full Name Required (No Abbreviations): The bottom line should be your full name in printed letters, without abbreviations or initials. For example, use "John Smith," not "John S."

2. Missing Date

The NDA may also be rejected if you forgot to include the date. The date next to your signature confirms when the document was signed, ensuring the agreement’s validity.

3. Missing ID Number

- If the NDA requires an ID number (e.g., passport or national ID card), and you didn't provide it, this could be a reason for rejection. The platform may use this information to verify your identity. Please make sure that the ID number is identical to the one as on the ID document you upload.

4. Missing Address

If the agreement requires your address and it wasn’t provided, the document could be rejected. An address may be necessary to complete personal identification and legal formalities.

By addressing these issues, your NDA will likely be accepted without further problems. Ensure that all the information is accurate, clearly written, and complete before resubmitting.
