Profile photo requirements

KnowMore platform has specific requirements for profile photos, and your image was likely rejected for one or more of the following reasons:

1. Profile Photo Mismatch

The platform requires a real photo of yourself, so if you uploaded an image of a cartoon, avatar, animal, or an object, it will be declined. We require a clear representation of who you are.

2. Low Resolution or Blurry Image

If the image quality is low, meaning it's blurry, pixelated, or too small, the system may reject it. A certain level of clarity is needed so you are recognized easily.

3. Photo Does Not Show Your Face or Eyes

If your face or eyes are not clearly visible, for instance, if you're wearing sunglasses, if your face is obscured by shadows or objects, or if you're facing away from the camera, the photo will be rejected. A clear, forward-facing image of your face will be accepted.

4. Photo Is Taken from Too Far Away

If you're standing too far from the camera, making it difficult to identify you, the image may be declined. KnowMore Platform wants a close-up of your face rather than a full-body or distant shot.

To get your profile picture accepted, please ensure that your photo:
Shows your full face, clearly and in focus.
Is of good resolution, not blurry or pixelated.
Is a real photo of yourself, not an avatar or other representation.
Is a close-up of your face, not taken from far away.
