Availability

Availability is key to a smooth working experience for you and the admin. Just as admins try to get back to you as soon as possible with answers to your questions and feedback on your projects, we expect the same of you when you are on a project. Communication and managing time is key – please always keep your admin posted regarding your availability. If you endanger a project by not being available, you may be removed from it.

What does it mean if you got this tag as feedback from an admin?

You did not communicate with the admin your expected availability on the project and left them wondering if the client project is in danger
You did not communicate that you are taking a break to admin
You did not answer the admin’s queries in a reasonable amount of time
You could not complete the feedback of the admin, because you did not see it on time as you were not online in the platform
You decline further work on the project when requested for (not subjective) edits.

What can you do to become better?

Communicate your expected timeline and any potential breaks you may take ahead of time to the admin so they are aware – especially on projects with long deadlines
Answer your admin as soon as possible – or let them know when you will react to their queries
If you log off, keep an eye on your notifications outside of the Platform so you can reassure the admin that you are available
Don’t give up on your project – as the feedback and review session is where you can learn the most for your future projects
