What is the final interview?

The final interview is the last part that you need to successfully pass before you can start working on live projects and move into the Assessment phase. It is a video call that we happen via zoom. If you pass the test projects, you will receive an invitation to schedule the interview.

What kind of questions will be asked?

We cannot share the exact questions that you will be asked as it would defeat the purpose of the final interview
Generally, you will be asked questions in connection with your experience so far on KnowMore Platform, your previous work experiences and a few questions related to the PowerPoint designer freelance role.

What do we base our decision on?

During the application process, we look at your design and technical skills, the behaviour you exhibit during the two test projects and finally in the interview we focus on your logic, comprehension and abstraction skills. Passing the interview is based on the combination of your results in all of these steps.
