Dedicated clients concept

Every active designer on our platform receives dedicated clients. These are the main clients the designer will work for, as being dedicated to certain clients gives the dedicated designer an advantage. The advantage is a "grace period" in which only dedicated designers can apply for a given client project. Only if we are not able to find a dedicated designer in this given time, the project will become available to apply for by other designers.
Another privilege of dedicated designers is to see "Dedicated client view" containing client guidelines and different types of updates that should help them become experts for their dedicated clients!

Why is this concept important?

This concept is a strategic initiative to bring advantages to both clients and designers.
When designers can work on specific clients more frequently it becomes easier to navigate their guidelines and understand their style and preferences. That makes the work easier in the long run for designers and on the client side, this way we will provide better and more consistent results since dedicated designers will be more specialized in working on their tasks.

How to take care of your dedicated clients?

Be an expert on your dedicated clients' guidelines and other materials.
Stay updated by checking clients' last updates from our admins. They will inform you if there are any changes in client guidelines or any other updates you need to know about.
Be aware of clients' last ratings and review admins' comments and Lorem Ipsum files if available. This is a great way to learn more about clients' preferences as you can see how clients rated specific work we delivered.
Please note: Lorem Ipsum files might contain slides we did not work on so apply reasonable judgment when looking throughout the slides.
Check your last 10 projects average rating for a given client. This is a great indicator of the quality of your recent work for the dedicated client. If your rating is lower you might need to invest more time in studying the client's materials and practice more.
Help us to update client materials by contacting client's account manager anytime you notice some mistake, unclear instruction or contradicting information in guidelines, inspiration slides or other materials. They will help you to either clarify or update the found issue.
