Sometimes I get additional information/instructions during the project. Why?
After receiving project from client our project manager scopes the project and posts it on the platform. We respond to client with confirmation message including what we will do and that is exactly what we ask our designers to do. But sometimes client gets back and corrects some assumptions or send us new or additional information, sometimes even updates slides or similar. Therefore, as soon as we receive such a change, we communicate this with designer on the project. If the change is small, we count it as a natural process in the work. If the change impacts project largely, we will discuss with you change of hour scope, possibility to divide project with another designer or similar depending on individual case.
