Rating Admins rate designers for their work on projects. Each project is rated in 3 main areas - Deadline, Communication, Quality of work. This whole process helps us to get better as a team and deliver better results to our clients. Alignment
The level of attention you pay to details can clearly be seen by your commitment to precisely aligned texts, shapes, images and other elements. Getting it right can become a good habit over long term, but it does require quite trained eye. Our admins can spot even if just one pixel is off, but in time with practice you will know how to satisfy their extremely high standards. Sometimes clients require us to include animations on their projects. This does not happen often, but on the few occasions that it does, extra diligence is required. At KnowMore Platform we have an average speed expectation of our designers. This is based on the speed of our admins and well performing designers already working on our platform.
